Bob Brissette is a serial entrepreneur with nearly 40 years of experience. In 1997 he founded Boston Endo-Surgical Technologies, Inc., www.BE-ST.com, as a product development and contract manufacturing company. At various times over the previous 30 years, Bob has played a leadership role as co-founder, Executive Vice President, and President for three other companies, all involved with development engineering and production of leading edge medical technologies.
Bob's experience in the development of arthroscopic surgical systems at Dyonics, now Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, and minimally invasive surgical devices at Questus Technologies, formerly Vista/3M, has been central to the success of BE-ST. As a co-founder and President of Spinus, LLC, www.SPINUS.us, his leadership and business acumen have laid the groundwork for yet another successful start-up in medical products.
Prior to being recruited to the medical industry as Dyonics first Chief Engineer, Bob held various engineering positions within the aerospace industry, working on the development of the world's largest orbiting high resolution x-ray telescope, and other earth-orbiting downward looking imaging experiments to assess earth resources, contaminants and infestations.
Bob is a graduate of Northeastern University and Wentworth Institute of Technology.
